Embrace the beauty of this time to be introspective, sit in stillness, and witness the bounty within you. Within the stillness, we encounter the place of grace and conscious connection. 

Join practitioners and circle leaders Ginger Adams and Chris Moses for a  transformative afternoon as we continue our journey through the "Four  Directions." In our exploration of the North or Winter, we will discover that it is the time for hibernation. As the earth is covered in a  protective blanket and the animals go inside to limit their energy, we can also use it to go into the darkness and slow down. Yet, nature teaches us that this season of stillness and waiting can bring great rewards, new discoveries, and the growing acceptance of our true selves.  In the North's medicine, we encounter our ancestors, who have come before and continue to guide us. The ancestors will show us the way to 

our inner cave of stillness, warmth, and protection.
